01About these terms
These terms apply when you use the Europe Sorted website, request a free evaluation or buy one of our relocation packages. By doing any of these, you agree to them.

02Our services
We are a relocation consultancy. We help you choose a visa route, prepare and review documents, book appointments and settle in after you arrive.
We are not a law firm and do not give legal advice. Where your case needs legal advice, we refer you to an independent, licensed immigration lawyer.
We cannot guarantee a result. Visa and permit decisions are made by government authorities, and processing times are outside our control.
03Free evaluation
The free evaluation is general guidance based on the information you provide. It is free, with no obligation to buy anything. Its accuracy depends on the information you give us.
04Packages and fees
Before you buy, we confirm in writing which package you are buying, what it includes and the total price.
- Unless stated, prices do not include government fees, translations, certified copies, travel or lawyers' fees
- First-month accommodation is arranged on the Fully Sorted package only, subject to availability in your chosen city. The first month's rent is included in the Fully Sorted price. Deposits, and rent after the first month, are paid by you at cost, with no markup
- Fees are paid in two parts: 50% when you sign, and 50% once your application is submitted to the authorities
05Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate, complete and genuine information and documents
- Reply to our requests on time, so deadlines are not missed
- Tell us promptly about any change that could affect your application
- Keep any login details we give you secure
We may stop working on a case if we believe documents are false or misleading.
06Cancellations
Cancelling: you can cancel your package at any time by emailing info@europesorted.eu. Fees already paid are not refunded, and fees for work completed up to the date of cancellation remain due.
Government fees paid on your behalf cannot be refunded by us.
07Accommodation and third parties
Accommodation is provided by third-party partners. Their own terms apply to your stay, and we will share them with you before booking. The same applies to independent lawyers we refer you to.
08Our liability
We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill.
We are not responsible for decisions or delays by authorities, consulates or third parties, or for problems caused by incorrect information you gave us.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the package concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
09Using our website
All content on this website belongs to Europe Sorted or its licensors. Visa information on this site is general guidance and may change. Always check your specific situation with us before acting on it.
10Complaints
If something goes wrong, email info@europesorted.eu. We acknowledge every complaint within 1 working day, send a written response within 5 working days, and aim to resolve it within 30 days.
11Law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, and the courts of the State of Delaware have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living in the EU, you also keep the protections of your local law. We may update these terms; the version on the date you buy applies to your package.
