02What we collect
When you request a free evaluation, we collect the information you enter in the form:
- Your first name, last name and email address
- The country you live in, your current permit and your passport country
- Your target cities, field of work, role, timeline, qualifications and language level
- Your CV, if you choose to upload one
- Anything you add in the notes field
When you become a client, we collect what we need to handle your case, such as copies of passports, degrees, employment contracts, bank statements, family documents and addresses.
When you use our website, we collect limited technical data such as your browser type and pages visited. See our cookie policy.
When you contact us or subscribe to our newsletter, we keep your messages and your email address.
03Why we use it, and our legal basis

Some documents you share may include sensitive information, for example health insurance or family details. We only use it where it is needed for your application, and with your explicit consent where the law requires it.
05International transfers
We work across the United Kingdom, the European Union, Switzerland and the United States, where our company and some service providers, including FormSubmit and Google, are based. When data moves between these or to other countries, we use recognised safeguards, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses. You can ask us for a copy of these safeguards.
06How long we keep it

07Your rights
Depending on where you live, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct data that is wrong or incomplete
- Ask us to delete your data
- Restrict or object to how we use it
- Receive your data in a portable format
- Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting earlier use
To use any of these rights, email info@europesorted.eu. We reply within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office in the UK or to the data protection authority in your EU country.
08Security
We protect your data with access controls, encryption in transit and at rest where available, and staff confidentiality obligations. Case documents are only available to the advisers working on your case.
09Children
Our website and evaluation form are not intended for anyone under 18. If your relocation includes children, we collect their details from a parent or guardian, only as needed for the family application.
10Changes and contact
