Common
questions.

How soon must I register?

In Germany, within 14 days of moving in. In the Netherlands, within 5 days of arrival if you stay 4 months or more. Other countries differ, and your advisor confirms your deadline.

What if there are no appointments?

We book the earliest slot available and watch for cancellations. If the deadline is close, we tell you exactly what to bring to show you tried in time.

Can I register at a short-term rental?

Only if the landlord gives you the confirmation the authority asks for. We check this before you book.

Can my family register with me?

Yes. In most cities the whole household registers at one appointment.
